To join DCCP please fill out our online membership application, the PDF membership application (21K), or the Word membership application (37K).

• Hold current membership in the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas;
• Have your principal place of business in Denton County;
• For lawyers, conduct a minimum of 25% of your practice in Family Law;
• Pay annual dues of $100.00;
• During the first two years of membership, complete the Basic Collaborative Law Training, and a CLI-TX interdisciplinary training;
• Beginning with the first calendar year of membership, and each year thereafter, do at least one of the following:
  • Attend 6 hours of DCCP approved CLE; or
  • Attend at least 75% of DCCP monthly meetings
